.第1条（定義）
１．「利用者」とは、本規約に同意の上、当社が実施する「レッスンサービス」および「商品の購入」を申し込まれた個人です。
２．「当社」とは、レッスンを主催、ジュエリーの制作と販売を行うHaru collection（Tensai Ltd)をいいます。。
3．「レッスンサービス」とは、当社のApsleyのスタジオ、その他の当社が定めた場所、もしくは利用者の希望により当社が同意した場所にて実施するクラフトレッスン、各種レッスンのことをいいます。
4．「商品」とは、当社が販売するジュエリー、クラフトレッスンで使用する材料、およびその他の製品です。

第2条（レッスンの受講料と商品の金額と支払）
1．レッスンを受講料金、および商品の代金は当社の定めた金額とします。
2．レッスンの受講料および商品のお支払いは、チェックアウト時に表示された満額を支払うものとします。
（1）当社のレッスン、および商品の代金は、Paypalによるクレジットカード決済で支払うものとります。 利用者はPaypalの定める各種クレジットカードが使用できます。
第3条（レッスンのキャンセル）
1.ロンドンとApsleyアトリエのカリキュラムレッスンは、各レッスンごとに決められたキャンセルポリシーが適用されます。ポリシーはレッスンの申し込み前にメール、またはホームページで「利用者」に提示するものとります。
2.キャンセルポリシーは予告なく変更されることもありますが、申し込み時のポリシーが適用されます。
第4条（予約のキャンセルと再予約）
1.カリキュラムレッスンの予約のキャンセルと再予約は、当社により定められた方法によって、行うことができるものとします。
第3条 ＜材料の注文＞
クラフトレッスンで使用するキットや材料は、注文後にキャンセルすることはできません。
第5条 デリバリー（ジュエリー商品）
商品は当社によって定められたポリシーによって商品発送の手続きをするものとします。商品の配達予定日は、配達を行う会社の状況によって送れることもあるため、当社は配達日を保証するものではありません。
第6条 商品の返品と返品の制限（ジュエリー商品）
商品が不良、誤送、輸送中の破損の場合は、商品の到着日から7日以内に連絡を頂ければ、在庫があれば直ちに新しい商品をお送りします。またデザインが気に入らないなどの理由でジュエリーを返品する場合は、商品を使用していない状態であり、、且つ商品の到着から7日以内に連絡を頂ければ、返品することができます。衛生上ピアス、オーダーメイド商品、および返品が不可能であると予め明記されている商品は、返品することはできません。どのような理由でも商品の到着から7日を過ぎた場合は、返品や交換を受けることはできないものとします。
